Michael Albert DiPietro (also known as Mike Albert DiPietro), of Pasadena, California, a stockbroker associated with Centaurus Financial Inc., was the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $100,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that DiPietro misrepresented equipment leasing and real estate security products when DiPietro was associated with Centaurus Financial Inc. FINRA Arbitration No. 23-00907 (April 14, 2023).

This is not the first time that DiPietro has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning DiPietro’s conduct in the securities industry. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that DiPietro was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim that was settled for $550,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that DiPietro violated federal and California securities laws in connection with the sale of direct investments, oil and gas investments, real estate securities, and tenant-in-common products when DiPietro was associated with First Allied Securities Inc. FINRA Arbitration No. 12-03374 (December 23, 2013).

DiPietro has been registered with Centaurus Financial Inc. as a stockbroker in Pasadena, California since December 13, 2018. He has also been registered as an investment adviser representative with Centaurus Financial Inc. since October 15, 2019.
