Matthew Bradley Mitchell of Tulsa, Oklahoma, a stockbroker registered with BOK Financial Securities Inc., was the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint filed on January 18, 2024, in which the customer requested over $30,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Mitchell engaged in unsuitable and unauthorized trading when Mitchell was associated with BOK Financial Securities Inc. The complaint was denied.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure also shows that on December 8, 2022, BOK Financial Securities Inc. discharged Mitchell based upon allegations that Mitchell engaged in unauthorized trading in the customer’s account in September of 2022.
Mitchell was associated with BOK Financial Advisors in Tulsa, Oklahoma from August 1, 2008, to January 5, 2023.
