Mark David Yadron (also known as Mark Lynn Yoder) of Prescott Arizona a stockbroker formerly registered with Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner Smith Incorporated is referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on October 2, 2020 in which the customer sought unspecified damages supported by allegations that investment recommendations made by Yadron at Merrill Lynch were unsuitable for the customer and had led the customer to experience losses on mutual funds.
Yadron has been identified in five additional customer initiated investment related disputes containing accusations of his misconduct while he was employed by Merrill Lynch and Olde Discount Corporation. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure confirms that a customer initiated investment related complaint involving Yadron’s conduct was settled to resolve allegations that bonds had been purchased for the customer’s Olde Discount Corporation account without the customer’s knowledge or consent.
Yadron is also the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint which was resolved for $5,199.00 founded on accusations of bad common stock purchased for the customer’s account during the period that Yadron was associated with Merrill Lynch. On June 23, 2017, a customer initiated investment related complaint regarding Yadron’s conduct was settled to resolve allegations of the stockbroker’s unauthorized trading in the Merrill Lynch customer’s account between August of 2016 and October of 2016.
On June 23, 2017, another customer initiated investment related complaint concerning Yadron’s conduct was settled to resolve accusations that closed end funds transactions were not approved by the customer and had resulted in losses for the customer’s account at Merrill Lynch. The stockbroker is also referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on August 12, 2019 where the customer requested $129,584.00 in damages based upon allegations of bad advice by Yadron as it related to the customer’s account in November of 2018.
On August 7, 2020, Yadron’s employment as a Merrill Lynch stockbroker and investment adviser representative was terminated. On August 6, 2020, Yadron became registered as a stockbroker of Kestra Investment Services. On August 7, 2020, he became an investment adviser representative of Kestra Private Wealth Services LLC.
