Mark Angelo Senofonte of Edison New Jersey a stockbroker formerly registered with Cetera Investment Services LLC is referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on February 13, 2021 where the customer sought more than $5,000.00 in damages founded on accusations that the customer was sold an unsuitable real estate investment trust given the customer’s assets and age during the period that Senofonte was associated with Cetera Investment Services.

Senofonte has been identified in five additional customer initiated investment related disputes containing allegations of his misconduct while employed by Primevest Financial Services Inc. and Cetera Investment Services. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure shows that a customer initiated investment related complaint concerning Senofonte’s activities was resolved for $26,455.07 in damages based upon accusations that the customer was not provided with important information relating to a variable annuity purchased through Senofonte at Primevest Financial Services.

Another customer filed an investment related complaint regarding Senofonte’s conduct in which the customer requested $5,000.00 in damages based on allegations that unauthorized transactions were executed by Senofonte at Primevest Financial Services. The complaint also alleges that a variable annuity had been misrepresented.

On May 2, 2018, a different customer filed an investment related complaint involving Senofonte’s activities where the customer sought $25,000.00 in damages founded on accusations of Senofonte misrepresenting a real estate security while he was associated with Cetera Investment Services. The complaint alleges that the customer sustained losses on the REIT.

Senofonte is also the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint which was settled for $11,000.00 on August 23, 2018 supported by allegations of a misrepresented and unsuitable real estate security being sold by Senofonte at Cetera Investment Services. The complaint alleges that Cetera Investment Services failed to supervise Senofonte.

Senofonte is referenced in a different customer initiated investment related written complaint on July 23, 2019 in which the customer requested $75,000.00 in damages based upon accusations that their assets were stolen when funds were liquidated from their fixed annuity. The complaint alleges that the customer was defrauded.

Senofonte was registered with Cetera Investment Services between February 6, 2007 and August 10, 2021.
