Marc Frederick Strasser of Boca Raton Florida a stockbroker currently registered with Morgan Stanley is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim in which the customer requested $50,000.00 in damages based upon accusations that unsuitable municipal debt transactions had been executed in the customer’s account between 2011 and 2016. FINRA Arbitration No. 17-03486 (Jan. 5, 2018).

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that Strasser has been identified in four additional customer initiated investment related disputes pertaining to allegations of his wrongdoing during the period that he was associated with The G.M.S. Group, PaineWebber and UBS Financial services Inc. Particularly, on November 17, 1999, a customer filed an investment related complaint involving Strasser’s conduct where the customer alleged that omissions had been made to the customer concerning municipal debt risks.

Thereafter, a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim involving Strasser’s activities was settled for $5,299.00 in damages founded on accusations that inappropriate investment recommendations were made to the customer concerning real estate investment trust and municipal bond products. National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) Arbitration No. 01-02654 (Mar. 20, 2003). On August 18, 2005, another customer initiated investment related complaint regarding Strasser’s conduct was resolved for $22,600.00 in damages supported by allegations that unauthorized equity transactions were placed in the customer’s account.
