Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 17-00401 (Sept. 12, 2017).
FINRA Public Disclosure confirms that a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim regarding Oozeerally’s activities was resolved for $9,999.00 in damages based upon allegations that Oozeerally failed to redeem the customer’s auction rate securities.
