Marion Strickler Adams III (also known as Ma’on Adams), of Mobile, Alabama, a stockbroker registered with Raymond James Associates Inc., has been permitted to resign on October 7, 2021, based upon allegations by the executor of an estate that Adams may have misappropriated client assets.

Public Disclosure shows that Adams was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint filed on July 6, 2021, in which the customer requested damages of $100,000 based upon allegations that Adams misappropriated assets during the time that Adams was associated with Raymond James Associates Inc.

Adams was associated with Raymond James Associates Inc. in Mobile, AL, as a stockbroker from February of 2013 to November of 2021, and was associated with Raymond James Associates Inc. in St. Petersburg, FL, as an investment advisor representative from February of 2013 to November of 2021.

Adams has been associated with Jeffrey Matthews Wealth Management LLC in Mobile, AL, as an investment advisor representative since January 24, 2022, and has been associated with Jeffrey Matthews Financial Group LLC in Mobile, AL, as a stockbroker since January 19, 2022.
