Jeanpaul Charles Skovronck, of New York, New York, a stockbroker formerly registered with Legend Securities, Inc., has been named in a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim on August 29, 2016, in which the customer requested $200,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Skovronck negligently handled the customer’s investment portfolio, breached his fiduciary and contractual duties, churned the customer’s account, and effected equity transactions which were not suitable.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure also reveals that on February 23, 1998, during which time Skovronck was associated with Royal Hutton Securities Corporation, a customer filed an investment related arbitration claim involving Skovronck’s conduct, in which the customer requested $150,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Skovronck failed to execute the customer’s orders, effected unsuitable transactions in the customer’s account, and made misrepresentations and omissions to the customer concerning investments.
Skovronck’s registration with Legend Securities, Inc. was terminated on May 15, 2012. Since May 4, 2012, he has been registered with Alexander Capital, L.P. Since May 15, 1997, Skovronck has been associated with ten different broker dealers, eight of which have been expelled by securities regulators for violation of federal securities laws or are otherwise defunct. #cockroach
