Lee Ray Diedrich of Great Falls, MT, a stockbroker registered with Pruco Securities LLC, has been fined $5,000.00 and suspended for three months from associating with any Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) member in any capacity because Diedrich committed forgery. Letter of Acceptance, Waiver, and Consent No. 2022074303701 (November 16, 2022).

According to the AWC, from August 2019 through December 2021, Diedrich forged customer signatures on 2 variable annuity applications and 31 other documents. FINRA states that Diedrich electronically signed on behalf of the customers against his Pruco Securities LLC’s written supervisory procedures. Diedrich also listed his own email address on the applications. Diedrich did not have permission from the customers to electronically sign on their behalf. Therefore, Diedrich violated FINRA Rules 2010 and 4511.

Diedrich was associated with Pruco Securities LLC in Great Falls, MT, as a stockbroker from August of 1995 to March of 2022. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Diedrich was discharged by Pruco Securities LLC on March 1, 2022, based upon allegations that Diedrich submitted unauthentic customer signatures on applications.
