Lawrence Charles Barrett (also known as Lawrence Barrett DiBartolomeo), of Orange Village, Ohio, a stockbroker registered with Lincoln Financial Advisors Corporation, was the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $30,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Barrett made unsuitable investment recommendations of oil and gas investments when Barrett was associated with Lincoln Financial Advisors Corporation. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 23-00001 (January 3, 2023).
This is not the first time that Barrett has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Barrett’s conduct in the securities industry. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Barrett was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint filed on July 29, 1999, in which the customer requested $29,143.95 in damages based upon allegations that Barrett made omissions of material fact in connection with the recommendation and sale of mutual funds when Barrett was associated with Equity Services Inc.
Barrett has been associated with Lincoln Financial Advisors Corporation as a stockbroker since June 16, 1999, and as an investment advisor representative since January 1, 2000.
