Jordan P. Rider of Overland Park Kansas a stockbroker currently registered with LPL Financial LLC and representative of V Wealth Management is referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint which was resolved for $125,000.00 on August 28, 2017 supported by accusations that Rider (1) executed trades in the customer’s account that were not suitable for the customer (2) made omissions concerning the risks of exchange traded fund investments held in the customer’s account and (3) mishandled the customer’s account.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure confirms that Rider is referenced in two more customer initiated investment related disputes pertaining to allegations of his misconduct during the time that he was associated with V Wealth Management and LPL Financial. Specifically, on September 18, 2015, a customer initiated investment related complaint involving Rider’s activities was settled for $50,000.00 in damages based upon accusations that inappropriate mutual fund and stock transactions had been effected in the customer’s retirement accounts.
Thereafter, on September 6, 2016, a customer initiated investment related complaint concerning Rider’s conduct was resolved for $85,000.00 in damages founded on allegations that the customer’s account had been over-concentrated in commodities and energy investments.
