Wade Theodore Papapanagiotu, of New York, New York, a stockbroker formerly registered with John Thomas Financial, has been named in a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim on April 4, 2016, in which the customer requested $50,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Papapanagiotu breached his fiduciary duties to the customer and effected unsuitable over-the-counter equity transactions in the customer’s account.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that since January 12, 1998, Papapanagiotu has been associated with eight different broker dealers, five of which have been expelled by securities regulators for violation of federal securities laws or are otherwise defunct.
