John Joseph Pasacreta Jr. (also known as John Charles Pasacreta), of Greenwich, Connecticut, a stockbroker registered with Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint filed on May 31, 2023, in which the customer requested $58,826.10 in damages based upon allegations that Pasacreta made misrepresentations of material fact in connection with the sale of equity-indexed annuities when Pasacreta was associated with Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure shows that Pasacreta is referenced in three other customer initiated investment related disputes concerning Pasacreta’s conduct while associated with securities broker dealers, including Banc Of America Investment Services Inc. A customer filed an investment related complaint involving Pasacreta’s conduct in which the customer requested damages based upon allegations that Pasacreta failed to follow instructions during the time that Pasacreta was associated with Banc Of America Investment Services Inc. The securities broker dealer denied this complaint.
On December 20, 2010, a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Pasacreta’s conduct was settled for $6,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Pasacreta made unsuitable recommendations and made misrepresentations of material fact in connection with the sale of stocks and corporate bonds when Pasacreta was associated with Banc Of America Investment Services Inc. FINRA Arbitration No. 09-04406.
Pasacreta’s conduct in the securities industry. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Pasacreta was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint filed on October 26, 2021, in which the customer requested damages based upon allegations that Pasacreta made unsuitable recommendations of variable annuities during the time that Pasacreta was associated with Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC. This complaint was denied by the securities broker dealer.
Pasacreta Jr. has been associated with Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC as a stockbroker and as an investment advisor representative since April 29, 2016.
