John Vincent Blanchard of Marshfield Massachusetts a stockbroker formerly employed by MetLife Securities Inc. (now known as MSI Financial Services Inc.) is referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on July 23, 2018 in which the customer sought damages estimated to exceed $5,000.00 supported by accusations that (1) misrepresentations had been made to the customer concerning mutual funds and (2) unsuitable investment recommendations had been made to the customer.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure additionally reveals that a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim concerning Blanchard’s activities was settled for $105,000.00 in damages founded on allegations that misrepresentations had been made to the customer about real estate securities effected in the customer’s account when Blanchard was registered with Investors Capital Corp. FINRA Arbitration No. 12-02035 (June 11, 2012).

Blanchard’s registration with MetLife Securities was terminated on September 11, 2015. Between September 1, 2015 and December 4, 2017, Blanchard was employed by GWN Securities Inc. Since December 5, 2017, Blanchard has been registered with Lincoln Investment.
