Jeffrey Alan Kiesnoski of Jefferson, New York, a stockbroker registered with Concorde Investment Services LLC, is referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim that was settled for $8,500.00 in damages based upon accusations that Kiesnoski breached a contract and breached a fiduciary duty in connection with the recommendation and sale of non-traded real estate investment trusts when Kiesnoski was associated with Concorde Investment Services LLC. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 21-01581 (October 21, 2021).

FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Kiesnoski is referenced in three more customer initiated investment related disputes concerning Kiesnoski’s activities while associated with securities broker dealers, including GunnAllen Financial Inc. and Concorde Investment Services LLC. On August 21, 2009, a customer filed an investment related complaint involving Kiesnoski’s conduct where the customer requested $30,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Kiesnoski failed to follow instructions with regard to the customer’s account during the period that Kiesnoski was associated with GunnAllen Financial Inc.

On September 3, 2019, another customer filed an investment-related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Kiesnoski’s activities where the customer sought $1,000,000.00 in damages based upon accusations that Kiesnoski defrauded the customer and made misrepresentations in connection with the sale of limited partnership investments during the time that Kiesnoski was associated with Concorde Investment Services LLC. FINRA Arbitration No. 19-02562.  That claim remains pending.

Kiesnoski is also referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim that was settled for $200,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Kiesnoski made misrepresentations, breached a fiduciary duty, breached a contract, and acted negligently with regard to the recommendation and sale of direct investments when Kiesnoski was associated with Concorde Investment Services LLC. FINRA Arbitration No. 21-01393 (August 8, 2022).

Kiesnoski has been registered with Concorde Investment Services LLC since May 29, 2015.
