stockbroker misconduct

Jeffrey Bruce Kantar of Northfield, New Hampshire, a stockbroker registered with Northwestern Mutual Investment Services LLC, was the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint that was settled on October 26, 2022, for $383,232.90 in damages based upon allegations that Kantar made misrepresentations of material fact in connection with the sale of variable annuities during the time that Kantar was associated with Northwestern Mutual Investment Services LLC.

This is the second time that Kantar has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Kantar’s conduct in the securities industry. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure shows that Kantar was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint filed on December 23, 2014, in which the customer requested $125,000.00 in damages resulting from the sale of variable life insurance policies.  That claim was denied by his employer.

Kantar has been registered with Northwestern Mutual Investment Services LLC since January 26, 1994.
