Jason Lawrence Mieras, of Lake Como, New Jersey, a stockbroker registered with American Portfolios Financial Services Inc., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint filed on July 21, 2023, in which the customer requested $250,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Mieras made the unsuitable investment recommendation of certain “stocks” when Mieras was associated with American Portfolios Financial Services Inc. The complaint was denied.

This is not the first time that Mieras has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Mieras’ conduct in the securities industry. This occurred during the time that Mieras was associated with American Portfolios Financial Services Inc. Civil Action No. MID-L 032915.
