Janine Lynn Ledbetter (also known as Janine Lynn Evans), of Vancouver, Washington, a stockbroker registered with Cetera Advisors LLC, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $99,999.00 in damages based upon allegations that Ledbetter failed to conduct adequate due diligence and made unsuitable recommendations in connection with the sale of BDCs and real estate securities when Ledbetter was associated with Cetera Advisors LLC. FINRA Arbitration No. 23-03435 (December 4, 2023).
This marks the second time that Ledbetter has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Ledbetter’s conduct in the securities industry. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Ledbetter was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint that was settled on August 11, 2021, for $7,594.15 in damages based upon allegations that Ledbetter suggested a private REIT transaction to a customer when Ledbetter was associated with Cetera Advisors LLC.
Ledbetter was associated with Cetera Advisors LLC in Vancouver, Washington from December 10, 2014, to December 31, 2022.
