James Thaddeus Walesa of Park Ridge, Illinois, a stockbroker registered with Arkadios Capital, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $500,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Walesa made unsuitable recommendations of alternative investments during the time that Walesa was associated with Arkadios Capital. On March 21, 2023, a customer filed an investment related complaint involving Walesa’s conduct in which the customer requested $5,000,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Walesa made unsuitable recommendations of direct investments during the time that Walesa was associated with Triad Advisors LLC.
Walesa is also referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim filed on April 27, 2023, in which the customer requested $500,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Walesa breached his fiduciary duties, was negligent, violated state securities laws, and breached a contract in connection with the recommendation and sale of real estate securities and direct investments when Walesa was associated with Triad Advisors LLC.
