Edward Alan Horwitz of Riverwoods, Illinois, a stockbroker and principal formerly registered with Insight Securities, Inc., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim, which settled for $150,000.00 on August 12, 2016, supported by allegations including breach of contract, unjust enrichment, misrepresentation, negligence and breach of fiduciary duty pertaining to stock and options transactions effected in the customer’s account.

Horwitz’s registration with Insight Securities, Inc. was terminated as of April 2, 2013. As of April 1, 2013, he has been registered with Western International Securities, Inc.
