Ignacio Antonio Perezanta Ordonez of San Antonio, Texas, a stockbroker formerly registered with BBVA Securities Inc., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint on March 23, 2022, in which the customer requested $5,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Ordonez made unsuitable recommendations in connection with the sale of mutual funds when Ordonez was associated with BBVA Securities Inc.
This is not the first time that Ordonez has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Ordonez’s activities in the securities industry. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure shows that Ordonez is also referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint on April 4, 2020, in which the customer requested $263,587.00 in damages based upon allegations that Ordonez made unauthorized mutual fund transactions at BBVA Securities Inc.
BBVA Securities Inc. denied both customer claims.
