John Gunther Hoagland of Troy Michigan is a stockbroker formerly registered with Morgan Stanley who is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint which settled on February 15, 2018 for $17,044.19 in damages supported by allegations that unauthorized equity transactions were effected in the customer’s investment account between September and October of 2017.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure also confirms that a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim pertaining to Hoagland’s activities was resolved for $183,602.00 in damages founded on allegations that hedge fund investments had been misrepresented to the customer by Hoagland during the time he was associated with Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. FINRA Arbitration No. 10-01164 (Apr. 6, 2011).

Hoagland’s registration with Morgan Stanley was terminated on January 18, 2018.
