Sean J Mcelduff, of Parsippany, New Jersey, a stockbroker formerly registered with Hennion & Walsh, Inc., has been identified in a customer initiated investment related arbitration on December 16, 2016, in which the customer requested $260,000.00 in damages based upon accusations of suitability regarding municipal debt transactions effected in the customer’s investment account.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure also confirms that on January 23, 2017, a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim regarding Mcelduff’s activities was resolved for $12,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Mcelduff effected unsuitable transactions in the customer’s account.
