George Anthony Nikolakakos of New York New York a stockbroker formerly registered with Four Points Capital Partners LLC is referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim where the customer sought $543,163.00 in damages based upon accusations that Nikolakakos provided unsuitable recommendations to the customer and had caused the customer to maintain unsuitable concentrations of stock in their Four Points Capital account. FINRA Arbitration No. 19-68741 (June 26, 2020). The claim alleges that the customer was charged unreasonable commissions because of Nikolakakos.
Nikolakakos has been identified in four more customer initiated investment related disputes containing allegations of his misbehavior during the time that he was registered with securities firms including Four Points Capital Partners, Brookstreet Securities and Wedbush Securities. FINRA Public Disclosure confirms that a customer filed an investment related complaint concerning Nikolakakos’ conduct in which the customer requested $23,626.00 in damages supported by accusations of poor performance on stock trades in their Wedbush Securities account.
Another customer filed an investment related complaint regarding Nikolakakos’ conduct where the customer sought $35,000.00 in damages founded on allegations of the stockbroker effecting unauthorized stock trades in the customer’s account at Brookstreet Securities. The complaint alleges the failure to follow the customer’s instructions which resulted in damages.
Nikolakakos is also the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim which was resolved for $87,500.00 in damages based upon accusations that Nikolakakos violated FINRA rules as well as state and federal securities laws in regard to stock trades made in the customer’s account at Four Points Capital Partners. On February 13, 2020, another customer filed an investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Nikolakakos’ activities in which the customer requested $107,038.00 in damages supported by allegations that from 2011 to 2017, the stockbroker mismanaged the customer’s Four Points Capital Partners equity portfolio resulting in damages. Nikolakakos was registered with Four Points Capital Partners until March 13, 2017. He was registered with Scottrade between April 7, 2017 and February 26, 2018 and registered with TD Ameritrade between February 26, 2018 and March 14, 2018.
