Alan Dean Schmidgall of Jersey City New Jersey a stockbroker currently employed by Geneos Wealth Management Inc. is referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint which was resolved for $16,147.71 in damages based upon allegations that investment recommendations made to the customer were not suitable.

FINRA Public Disclosure confirms that Schmidgall has been referenced in two additional customer initiated investment related disputes that pertain to accusations of Schmidgall’s violative conduct during the time that he was employed by Royal Alliance Associates Inc., Geneos Wealth Management Inc. and AIG Investment Corporation. For instance, on January 21, 2005, a customer initiated investment related complaint regarding Schmidgall’s activities was settled for $15,000.00 in damages supported by allegations of poor performance and Schmidgall’s failure to abide by the customer’s instructions concerning the investment of mutual funds.

Thereafter, a customer initiated investment related civil action pursued in the Superior Court of Arizona was resolved for $125,000.00 in damages based upon accusations that Schmidgall failed to supervise a representative who converted a customer’s funds. Civil Action No. CV2006-874 (Sept. 17, 2007).
