Fredrika Nadja Sidoroff of New York New York a stockbroker formerly employed by Morgan Stanley is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on September 6, 2019 in which the customer sought unspecified damages supported by allegations that exchanged traded funds had been purchased in the accounts of a Morgan Stanley customer without the customer’s permission which resulted in the customer sustaining losses.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) reveals that this is not the first time that Sidoroff has been subject of a dispute from one of his customers. Particularly, on June 26, 2019, a customer filed an investment related complaint in regard to Sidoroff’s conduct where the customer requested unspecified damages founded on accusations that the customer was deprived of information from Sidoroff regarding the terms and conditions of insurance products when Sidoroff was associated with Pruco Securities LLC.
Sidoroff’s registration with Morgan Stanley has been terminated as of October 1, 2018. Since January 16, 2019, she has been employed by Pruco Securities LLC.
