Florence Marie Simeon of New York New York a stockbroker formerly registered with Alexander Capital L.P. has been terminated on April 27, 2016 based upon allegations that Simeon falsified documents while associated with the firm.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure also reveals that a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim regarding Simeon’s conduct was settled for $5,000.00 in damages supported by accusations that Simeon placed unlawful over-the-counter transactions in the customer’s investment account while associated with Morgan Stanley DW Inc. National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) Arbitration No. 04-01650 (June 26, 2006).
Simeon became employed with SunStreet Securities, LLC on October 25, 2016. Simeon has been associated with thirteen different broker dealers, one of which has been expelled by securities regulators for violation of federal securities laws or is otherwise defunct.
