Randy Merrill, of Waco Texas, a stockbroker currently registered with First Financial Equity Corporation, has been subject to a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim on October 19, 2015, which was settled for $22,500.00 in damages based upon allegations that Merrill effected unsuitable transactions in the customer’s investment account. The customer additionally alleged that First Financial Equity Corporation failed to supervise Merill’s activities in this regard.
