Sean Aaron Brady of Saint Louis Missouri is a stockbroker formerly registered with First Allied Securities Inc. who has been fired on October 20 2017 supported by allegations that Brady violated the firm’s policies relating to the falsification of signatures on customer account documentation and improper use of consolidated account statements.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that on October 25, 2017, a customer filed an investment related written complaint regarding Brady’s activities, where the customer requested more than $5,000.00 in damages founded on accusations that while Brady was associated with First Allied Securities, Inc., he misled the customer concerning annuity investments, forged the customer’s signatures on account documentation, and effected investment transactions that were not suitable for the customer.
