Donald Anthony Canade of Huntington Station New York a stockbroker currently employed by Fidelity Brokerage Services LLC is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on July 2, 2018 in which the customer requested $79,506.00 in damages founded on allegations that Canade caused the customer to incur unwarranted tax consequences resulting from Canade’s failure to comply with the customer’s investment instructions in 2017.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure additionally reveals that when Canade was associated with Sovereign Equity, Canade was subject of a customer initiated investment related dispute where the customer sought $124,000.00 in damages bases on accusations that Canade effected transactions in the customer’s account that were not suitable for the customer, and failed to invest the customer’s funds in accordance with Canade’s investment recommendations.

Since February 22, 1995, Canade has been associated with six different broker dealers, one of which has been expelled by securities regulators for violation of federal securities laws or is otherwise defunct.
