Felipe Nery Arrieta of Boca Raton Florida a stockbroker formerly employed by Revere Securities LLC is referenced in a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim where the customer sought $200,000.00 in damages based upon accusations that (1) unauthorized options and mutual fund trades were executed in the customer’s account (2) contractual obligations to the customer had been breached and (3) fiduciary duties were breached. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 17-00866 (Apr. 6, 2017).

FINRA Public Disclosure reveals that Arrieta is referenced in three more customer initiated investment related disputes pertaining to allegations of his violative conduct during the time that he was associated with Newbridge Securities Corporation, Capital Guardian LLC and vFinance Investments Inc. In particular, a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim concerning Arrieta’s activities was resolved for $60,000.00 in damages supported by accusations that while Arrieta was associated with Newbridge Securities Corporation, there was a breach of fiduciary duties which the firm owed to the customer; unauthorized trades had been effected in the customer’s investment account; margin was improperly utilized to effect securities transactions; and the transactions executed in the customer’s account were in no way suitable for the customer. National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) Arbitration No. 06-03360 (May 17, 2007).

Another customer filed an investment related complaint regarding Arrieta’s conduct in which the customer sought more than.$5,000.00 in damages founded on allegations that while Arrieta was associated with vFinance Investments, certain investment related or account based information had been manipulated or otherwise misrepresented; vFinance Investments failed to supervise the equity transactions placed in the customer’s account; and trades were executed without the customer’s permission.

Thereafter, a customer filed an investment related complaint involving Arrieta’s activities where the customer sought $15,000.00 in damages based upon accusations that unauthorized options and stock trades had been effected in the customer’s investment account while Arrieta was associated with Capital Guardian LLC.

Arrieta’s registration with Revere Securities LLC has been terminated as of August 10, 2016. Between July 30, 2016 and August 6, 2018, Arrieta was registered with Dakota Securities International Inc. He has been employed by SW Financial since July 31, 2018. FINRA Public Disclosure additionally confirms that Arrieta has been associated with at least six different securities broker dealers which have been expelled by securities regulators for violation of federal securities laws or are otherwise defunct.
