Erick Andrew Bourbon of Salem Massachusetts a stockbroker formerly registered with LPL Financial LLC is referenced in a customer initiated investment related written arbitration claim which was settled for $23,000.00 in damages based upon accusations that between January 7, 2014 and June 30, 2016: (1) mutual fund and stock recommendations were not suitable for the customer and (2) the purchase of those inappropriate investments led the customer to experience losses. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 16-03176 (Nov. 9, 2017).

FINRA Public Disclosure additionally confirms that on March 1, 2004, a customer filed an investment related complaint involving Bourbon’s activities where the customer requested damages estimated to exceed $5,000.00 founded on allegations that while Bourbon was associated with Commonwealth Financial Network, Bourbon placed unauthorized trades in the customer’s investment account, made recommendations to the customer concerning investments that were not suitable for the customer, and made omissions to the customer about the mutual funds purchased for the customer’s account.

Bourbon has been employed by LPL Financial LLC since January 31, 2003.
