David Edward Spellman, of San Antonio, Texas, a stockbroker registered with Money Concepts Capital Corp, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related “complaint” filed on October 18, 2023, in which the customer requested $250,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Spellman engaged in “deceptive trade practices” and violated Texas law in connection with the sale of life insurance products when Spellman was associated with Money Concepts Capital Corp.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure shows that Spellman is also referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint that was settled on January 2, 2020, for $5,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Spellman made misrepresentations of material fact in connection with the sale of life insurance products during the time that Spellman was associated with Money Concepts Capital Corp.
Spellman has been associated with Money Concepts Capital Corp in San Antonio, Texas, and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, since June 30, 2017. Additionally, Spellman has been registered with Money Concepts Advisory Service in the same locations since October 18, 2018.
