Bryce Scott Wilinski, of Melville, New York, a stockbroker formerly registered with Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim, wherein the customer was awarded $352,815.00 in damages on June 16, 2016, based upon allegations that Wilinski made misrepresentations and omissions to the customer, failed to abide by the customer’s investment instructions, and made unsuitable investment recommendations in reference to real estate securities and municipal debt transactions effected in the customer’s portfolio.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that on May 12, 2014, a customer filed an investment related written complaint regarding Wilinski’s activities, founded upon allegations that Wilinski made inappropriate investment recommendations to the customer concerning a managed / wrap account.

Wilinski’s registration with Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc. was terminated on May 1, 2017. Since April 28, 2017, he has been associated with LPL Financial LLC.
