Howard Michael Niemoeller, of Irvine, California, a stockbroker currently registered with Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on March 8, 2017, in which the customer requested $125,000.00 in damages supported by accusations that Niemoeller charged the customer with excessive commissions and fees, effected trades without the customer’s consent, and made unsuitable investment recommendations to the customer in regards to mutual funds, stocks, as well as the Inland American Real Estate Investment Trust.
