Mark Clay Sutherland, of Farmington Hills, Michigan, a stockbroker formerly registered with Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on November 21, 2016, in which the customer requested $21,280.68 in damages based upon accusations that Sutherland effected an unauthorized and unsuitable variable annuity purchase.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that Sutherland was subject of a previous customer initiated investment related dispute while associated with Painewebber Incorporated, wherein the customer alleged that Sutherland failed to appropriately invest the customer’s funds in accordance with the customer’s objectives for principal preservation.

Since August 28, 2017, Sutherland has been associated with LPL Financial LLC.
