John George Marakas III, of Beverly Hills, California, a stockbroker currently registered with Wells Fargo Clearing Services, LLC, has been named in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on March 11, 2016, in which the customer requested more than $5,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Marakas failed to abide by the customer’s stop loss instructions in reference to equity investments held in the customer’s investment portfolio.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure further reveals that on April 5, 2017, a customer filed an investment related written complaint involving Marakas’ conduct, based upon allegations that Marakas failed to execute upon the customer’s instructions pertaining to stock transactions.
