
Christopher Tito Jumalon II (also known as Chris Jumalon), of Sandy Springs, Georgia, a stockbroker registered with Navy Federal Investment Services LLC, was the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint filed on August 9, 2024, in which the customer requested compensatory damages based upon alleged negligence, misrepresentation, and unauthorized trading in variable annuities, fixed annuities, and a managed brokerage account when Jumalon was associated with Navy Federal Investment Services LLC.

On August 15, 2024, a customer initiated investment related complaint involving Jumalon’s conduct was settled for $48,376.00 in damages based upon allegations that Jumalon failed to follow instructions and was negligent in connection with the sale of fixed annuities and government bonds when Jumalon was associated with Navy Federal Investment Services LLC.
On March 25, 2024, a complaint involving Jumalon’s conduct was settled for $11,100.00 in damages based upon allegations that Jumalon failed to execute a stop loss order.
