Cheryl Diane Richardson (also known as Cheryl Diane Johnson), of Freeport, Illinois, a stockbroker registered with MML Investors Services LLC, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint filed on October 12, 2023. In this complaint, the customer requested $415,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Richardson misrepresented material facts in connection with the sale of variable universal life policies during the time that Richardson was associated with MSI Financial Services Inc.
