Charles Paul Buland of Tulsa Oklahoma a stockbroker currently employed by Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner and Smith Inc. is referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint which was resolved for $18,000.00 on August 21, 2018 supported by accusations that misrepresentations had been made to the customer between June of 2008 and August of 2017 concerning the customer’s variable annuity.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure additionally confirms that on January 4, 2006, a customer initiated investment related complaint involving Buland’s activities was settled to resolve allegations that while Buland was employed with Merrill Lynch, he inappropriately advised the customer concerning mutual fund trades executed in the customer’s account.
