Andrew B. Kramer, of Brooklyn, New York, a stockbroker registered with Capital Securities Management, Inc., is subject to two pending customer disputes. Particularly, on November 16, 2015, customers lodged a complaint against Kramer, in which $27,000.00 in damages were requested in connection with allegations that Kramer’s lack of attentiveness to the customers’ accounts resulted in investment losses.
On May 11, 2015, Kramer became subject to a pending customer dispute, in which the customer requested $635,000.00 in damages after alleging breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, failure to supervise, unsuitability, misrepresentation, and fraud.
Kramer, according to FINRA’s BrokerCheck, has also been subject to three additional customer disputes. On December 14, 2006, Kramer settled a customer dispute for $50,000.00 after customers alleged that Kramer’s negligence was the cause of customers’ investment losses. On August 27, 2007, a customer lodged a complaint against Kramer, alleging unsuitability and $36,900.00 in damages.
Kramer was also subject to a customer dispute from February 4, 2008, in which the customer requested $10,000.00 in damages in connection with allegations that Kramer engaged in the unauthorized trading in the customer’s account.
