Brandon Il Bay (also known as Young I. Bae) of Los Angeles California a stockbroker formerly registered with AXA Advisors LLC is the subject of a customer initiated investment related civil action brought in the Los Angeles Superior Court in which the customer sought unspecified damages supported by allegations that misrepresentations had been made to the customer by Bay concerning the corporate debt investment transactions executed in the customer’s account. Civil Action No. BC702566 (Apr. 23, 2018).

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure confirms that Bay is referenced in three additional customer initiated investment related disputes pertaining to accusations of his violative conduct during the time that he was associated with AXA Advisors LLC. In particular, on August 25, 2008, a customer filed an investment related complaint regarding Bay’s conduct where the customer requested unspecified damages founded on allegations that the customer was placed into an annuity after being made to believe that the customer would generate six percent annual returns on his investment while having principal protection and liquidity.

On November 22, 2010, another customer filed an investment related complaint involving Bay’s activities in which the customer sought $81,000.00 in damages based upon accusations that a variable life insurance policy had been misrepresented at the time the customer purchased the policy. Thereafter, on September 25, 2015, a customer filed an investment related complaint concerning Bay’s conduct where the customer requested unspecified damages supported by allegations that false or misleading statements had been made to the customer concerning the customer’s investment purchases.
