Samuel T. Januszeqski-Ytrt, of Mineola, New York, a stockbroker formerly registered with Blackbook Capital LLC, has been named in a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim on November 21, 2016, in which the customer requested $250,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Januszeqski-Ytrt breached his fiduciary duties, made misrepresentations concerning investments, and defrauded the customer in reference to stock transactions.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure additionally reveals that on November 21, 2016, Januszeqski-Ytrt was named in another customer initiated investment related arbitration, in which the customer requested $27,376.99 in damages based upon allegations that Januszeqski-Ytrt, while registered with Spartan Capital Securities, LLC, breached his fiduciary duties, negligently managed the customer’s investment portfolio, utilized the customer’s margin in an unauthorized manner, and overconcentrated the customer’s investments in equities.
Since July 20, 2010, Januszeqski-Ytrt has been associated with five different broker dealers, two of which have been expelled by securities regulators for violation of federal securities laws or are otherwise defunct.
