Andrew Muncy of Louisville, Kentucky, a stockbroker registered with Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint on December 13, 2021 in which the customer requested $11,258.14 in damages based upon allegations that Muncy made misrepresentations in connection with the recommendation to sell certain securities. The securities evidently increased in value and the customer was unsatisfied with Muncy’s ability to predict the future.

On September 27, 2021, a customer filed an investment related complaint involving Muncy’s conduct in which the customer requested $25,300.33 in damages based upon allegations that Muncy made unsuitable recommendations relating to the sale of common stocks and preferred stocks when Muncy was associated with Wells Fargo Advisors LLC. On November 17, 2021, another customer filed an investment related complaint involving Muncy’s conduct in which the customer requested $20,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Muncy made misrepresentations with regard to the recommendation and sale of common stocks and preferred stocks when Muncy was associated with Wells Fargo Advisors LLC.
Both complaints were denied by Wells Fargo.
