Eduardo Andrew Martinez (also known as Andrew Martins and Andrew Martin), of New York, New York, a stockbroker registered with PHX Financial Inc., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $33,269.42 in damages based upon allegations that Martinez engaged in unauthorized trading, breached fiduciary duties, churned accounts, and made unsuitable recommendations of stocks when Martinez was registered with PHX Financial Inc. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 23-00050 (January 5, 2023).

This is not the first time that Martinez has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Martinez’s conduct in the securities industry. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Martinez was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim that was settled for $24,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Martinez made unsuitable recommendations and engaged in unauthorized trading of stocks during the time that Martinez was registered with PHX Financial Inc. FINRA Arbitration No. 21-01565 (July 23, 2021).

Martinez was registered with PHX Financial Inc. as a stockbroker from October 26, 2016, to January 21, 2020. He was registered with National Securities Corporation as a stockbroker from January 21, 2020, to October 8, 2020. Since October 20, 2020, he has been registered with Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner Smith Inc. as both a stockbroker and investment adviser representative.
