Adam Robert Freund of Novi Michigan is a stockbroker formerly associated with Citizens Securities Inc. who is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim in which the customer requested thirty-four thousand nine hundred twenty dollars in damages based upon accusations that the customer was sold municipal debt products that were fraudulent and unsuitable. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 18-00041 (Jan. 18 2018).
FINRA Public Disclosure additionally reveals that on July 26, 2017, a customer filed an investment related written complaint involving Freund’s conduct, where the customer sought $30,448.00 in damages supported by allegations that Freund made misrepresentations to the customer about the terms pertaining to the customer’s municipal debt investments.
Freund’s registration with Citizens Securities, Inc. has been terminated as of June 6, 2017.
