Yevgeniy G. Akilov of Staten Island New York is a stockbroker formerly employed by Legend Securities Inc. who is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on March 1, 2016 in which the customer requested $15,165.90 in damages founded on allegations that unsuitable exchange traded fund and over-the-counter equities transactions were placed in the customer’s investment portfolio.

Akilov’s registration with Legend Securities, Inc. was terminated on September 16, 2016. From September 20, 2016 to December 12, 2016, he was registered with Southeast Investments, N.C., Inc., at which point he became employed by Woodstock Financial Group. Since December 22, 2012, Akilov has been associated with four different broker dealers, one of which has been expelled by securities regulators for violation of federal securities laws or is otherwise defunct.
