Peter M. Alomar, of Garden City, New York, a stockbroker formerly registered with Woodstock Financial Group, Inc., has been subject to a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim from January 28, 2016, in which the customer requested $293,924.00 in damages based upon allegations that Alomar effected unsuitable investment transactions in the customer’s account, and breached his fiduciary duty to the customer.
FINRA Public Disclosure also reveals that on May 20, 2009, a customer filed an investment related arbitration claim involving Alomar’s conduct, in which the customer requested $6,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Alomar made unauthorized investment purchases in the customer’s account which led the customer to sustain losses.
Alomar’s registration with Woodstock Financial Group was terminated in April of 2015. Since April of 2015, he has been a registered stockbroker with Craft Capital Management LLC.
