William Hennion of Parsippany New Jersey a stockbroker currently registered with Hennion Walsh Inc. is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim in which the customer requested $300,000.00 in damages supported by allegations that between 2015 and 2018, the customer was provided poor investment advice from Hennion as it pertained to investments in mutual funds as well as municipal debt investments and unit investment trust products. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 19-01662 (July 12, 2019).

FINRA Public Disclosure reveals that Hennion is referenced in two more customer initiated investment related disputes concerning accusations of his misconduct when he was associated with Hennion Walsh Inc. Specifically, Hennion was named in a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim where the customer was awarded $155,935.45 in compensatory damages based upon the Arbitration Panel finding Hennion and the securities broker dealer liable on the customer’s claims which included breach of fiduciary duty regarding Puerto Rico bond transactions; negligence statements about investments; and Hennion Walsh’s failure to supervise the trades Hennion placed which resulted in the customer incurring unwarranted losses. FINRA Arbitration No. 15-02021 (July 7, 2016).

In addition, a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim regarding Hennion’s conduct was settled for $9,000.00 in damages founded on allegations of unsuitable investment recommendations being made to the customer while Hennion was employed by Hennion Walsh which resulted in the customer incurring losses on municipal debt investments. FINRA Arbitration No. 18-01082 (July 3, 2019).

Hennion has been employed by Hennion Walsh since October 2, 1990.
