Matthew James Ladendecker of Kingman Arizona a stockbroker currently registered with Edward Jones is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint which was resolved for $15,172.00 on June 7, 2018 supported by accusations that Ladendecker made misrepresentations to the customer concerning the tax consequences of making a distribution from the customer’s individual retirement account.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure confirms that a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim concerning Ladendecker’s conduct was settled for $7,500.00 in damages based upon allegations that while Ladendecker was associated with Edward Jones, Ladendecker: failed to follow the customer’s instructions of placing the customer’s assets in investments that did not contain principal risk; made false statements and omissions of information about the type of annuity selected for the customer; failed to provide the customer the ability to earn a breakpoint in the costs to invest; and inappropriately advised the customer to surrender a fixed annuity and use the proceeds for the purchase of a variable annuity.
